饲料中添加亚麻籽和VE对鸡肉中ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸沉积的影响 被引量:2

摘要 利用二次正交旋转组合设计研究了亚麻籽对商品代AA肉鸡体内ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的影响及VE的最适添加量,建立了数学模型,获得了亚麻籽和VE的最佳配比。亚麻籽和VE对AA肉鸡胸肉和腿肉中ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸沉积影响的数学模型分别为:y1=20.49583+3.30610x1+0.1296x2+3.55553x12+3.5039x22+0.29453x1x2;y2=19.86793+2.91115x1-0.08690x2+4.33979x12+3.26732x22-0.15904x1x2;各因素对ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸沉积的贡献大小顺序为亚麻籽>VE。一般饲养管理条件下,预测AA肉鸡胸肉ω-3PUFA沉积达39.42%和腿肉沉积达39.19%最大时,亚麻籽和VE的最适添加量为30g/kg,20mg/kg。 The effect of adding linseed and VE in diet on deposition of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid in muscle of broiler were studied with the second order regression current rotatable design. The relation between flaxseed and VE was developed and the optimum intake of flaxseed and VE were acquired. The regression models of the flaxseed and VE on the deposition were as followed: y1=20.495 83+3.306 10x1+0.129 6x2+3.555 53x1^2+3.503 9x2^2+0.294 53x1x2, y2= 19.867 93+2.911 15x1-0.086 90x2+4.339 79x1^2+ 3.267 32x2^2-0.159 04x1x2.The contribution of flaxseed and VE to the pectorals and leg muscle ω-3PUFA deposition of AA broiler chickens all were ordered. It suggested that the optimum dose was: linseed was 30 g/kg, VE was 20 g/kg with predicted pectorals and leg muscle ω3PUFA deposition of 39.42% and 39.19%.
