公司权力的法社会学研究路径

Corporate Power in the View of Sociology of Law

采用詹姆斯·S·科尔曼在《社会理论的基础》中提出的有目的的法人行动者理论,从法社会学的角度分析了公司权力的来源、公司权力的对内分配和对外制约,进而从权力的角度阐述了公司结构内部的利益平衡及公司社会责任的正当性,循着这一研究路径,力图对公司权力理论进行另一种视角的思考。

This article uses the purposive corporate actor theory of Foundations of Social Theory written by James s.Coleman ,in the view of sociological of law, to analyse the source and distribution in company and restriction out of company of the company authofity,then from the point of view of power to iotroduce the balance of benefits in company structure and the rationality of social responsibility of company,at last according to the path to research into the theory of corporate power.
