郑板桥擅长诗文书画,是清代杰出的画家、书法家和文学家,同时,在文艺理论上也颇有建树,提出了许多精辟、独到的见解。虽然这些理论显得很通俗,但体现了郑板桥内心深处朴素的艺术思想,以及他对艺术的一种敏锐感悟。

Zheng Banqiao war the crackerjack drawer, calligrapher and literature writer in the history of Chinese Qing Dynasty, who was accomplished in poetry, literature, painting and calligraphy. Furthermore, he brought forward a large number of brilliant and original apinions on literature theory. These opinions seem to be very common, but they really reflect his natural art ideology and the sharp feeling to art.
