The modern technology revolution promoted the management of the library in collage and university, which now has become a fast-information provider. But in such a management aystem, human nature has been ignored, and can＇t supply a proper environment for the full development of people＇s personality. Here, the author tries to open up a newspace of humanism management which can salve the problem in the information times, and hopes thai the management can be humanized.
