摘要
介绍了水利经营的范畴,针对目前水利经营工作存在的问题,从产权、管理、治理结构等方面做了分析,并提出了今后水利经营工作开展的思路。
This text introduced the category of the water conservancy management, it aims at the problems of the work currently and analysises them from management, corporate governance,etc, and put forward the way of thinking of the exhibition in water conservancy management.
