改善流行性腮腺炎患儿T淋巴细胞亚群的护理研究

Clinical nursing study on Elevation of T Lymphocyte Subtypes for Patients with Epidemic Mumps

目的 探讨有效改善8～16岁流行性腮腺炎患儿CD4^＋的护理措施。方法 将住院患儿随机分为对照组和实验组。两组患儿按常规给予药物治疗，实验组同时实施支持性心理干预和放松训练等综合性护理措施，观察治疗前后两组患儿的CD4^＋的变化情况。结果 试验组CD4^＋及CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值干预后较干预前上升（52．7±6．79vs48．72±6．87，t=2．739，P〈0．01；1．69±0．33vs1．5±0．36,t=2．470，P〈0．05），CD8^＋值降低。但无显著性差异。对照组T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^＋、CD4^＋及CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值较住院时下降。但无显著性差异。结 论护理综合干预可降低流行性腮腺炎患儿焦虑情绪和提高外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的功能。促进病情的好转。

Objective To investigate the nursing methods on elevation of CD4^＋ for patients with Epidemic mumps. Methods Inpatient with epidemic mumps were randomly divided into two groups： intervention group and control group. Patients in both groups received routine treatment; intervention group also received psychological support and relaxation training. Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subtype were detected pre- and post -treatment. Resuits In intervention group, CD4^＋ and the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ of T lymphocyte Subtypes were higher in post treatment than that of pre-treatment （P〈0.05）. Though CD3^＋ was higher and CD8^＋ was lower in post treatment than that of pre-treatment, there were no significant difference （P〉0.05） in control group, CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ and the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ were lower in post treatment than that of pre-treatment, there was no significant difference. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can enhance the function of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subtypes, so as to improve the prognosis of patient with epidemic mumps.
