摘要
采用化学成分分析和宏、微观检验方法,对45钢锻造轴表面出现的黑色区进行了分析。结果表明,该黑色区为增碳层,显微组织为珠光体。增碳层的出现是锻坯在加热工艺参数控制上的不当造成的。
After conventional chemical composition analysis, macro and micro examination, we found that the forging shaft has some problern. The shaft material is 45 steel. The surface mierostructure of the shaft is pearlite, and macro〉appearance of the shaft appeared unusual organization. The productive process of the shaft has been also analyzed. All results showed, because of the improper process parameter, caused the surface of forging shaft to be cemetited.
