Process of Hot Rolling and Grinding for Valve Steel

根据阀门钢典型钢号的热轧磨光实验结果，分析了轧材尺寸精度与轧机、工艺温度的关系；矫磨质量与轧材质量的关系。探讨了热轧磨光新工艺的可行性。

Based on the results of hot rolling and grinding experiment for several typical valve steels, the effect of mill model and hot rolling temperature on tolerance of hot rolling products and the relation between straightening-grinding quality and rolled product quality have been analysed. The availability of the new hot rolling-grinding process is discussed.
