热风炉采用纯高炉煤气获得1200℃高风温工业试验 被引量:2

摘要 介绍鞍钢10号高炉(2580m3)热风炉采用单一的低热值(3000kJ/m3)高炉煤气,通过热风炉自身余热预热助燃空气,烟气余热回收后预热煤气,获得1200℃高风温的设计改进情况和系统操作特点。工业试验结果表明:在助燃空气被预热到600℃、煤气被预热到150℃时,风温达到1200℃,高炉综合焦比月平均488kg/t,实现了采用纯高炉煤气时的高风温和高效益。 This paper introduced a new design and operation characteristics of the hot blast stoves of No.10 blast furnace(2580 m3)at Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co..The new stoves were designed to achieve the high hot blast temperature of 1200℃ with full blast furnace gas with low calorific valve(approx 3000 kJ/m3)by self-preheating process.Industrial test results showed that when the combustion air preheated to 600℃ by the stove residual heat and gas was preheated to 150℃ with a recuperator in the smoke flue,the hot blast temperature reached to 1200℃。The average monthly coke rate of blast furnace was reduced to 488 kg/t.The great benefits with high hot blast temperature by using full blast furnace gas could be obtained.
