腹腔镜在胰腺外科中的应用进展 被引量：4

摘要 腹腔镜技术的出现与日趋完善,是对胰腺外科的诊断、治疗的重要补充。利用腹腔镜对胰腺癌进行术前诊断和分期。对可以切除的胰腺癌行胰十二指肠切除术和胰体尾切除术,而对已无法切除的胰腺癌可应用腹腔镜行姑息手术治疗;腹腔镜可用于急性胰腺炎和胰腺囊肿引流的诊断、治疗。
