伪膜性肠炎临床特点回顾研究

A review on clinical manifestation of pseudomembranous colonitis

目的探讨伪膜性肠炎的临床表现,分析影响其治疗与预后的因素。方法回顾分析了17例伪膜性肠炎患者的用药及临床情况。结果全部患者均在使用广谱抗生素过程中出现腹泻、腹痛等表现。抗生素种类与第三代头孢菌素和喹诺酮类最为密切。患者年龄越小,合用的抗生素越少,合并的疾病越轻,伪膜性肠炎治愈时间越短,预后越好。结论伪膜性肠炎多在应用抗生素后发病,老年人、重病患者及外科大手术患者为易感人群。在临床抗感染治疗过程中,必须重视抗生素的合理应用,防止伪膜性肠炎的发生。

Objective To study the clinical manifestation of pseudomembranous colonitis （PMC） and prognosis of it. Methods The clinical data about therapeutic effect of 17 cases were retrospectively analysed. Results All patients suffered diarrhea, abdominagia , etc. after using broad spectrum antibiotics. Usage of the third generation cefalosporin and the quinorone were the most important factors. Age, severity of combined diseases, usage of antibiotic were related to the therapy effects. Conclusion Most pseudomembranous colonitis onset after usage of antibiotics, meanwhile, the patients of the old age, the severe disease and complex surgical operation are the susceptible population. Pseudomembranous colonitis is one of severe side effects of antibiotics, so the antibiotics should be rationally used.
