脑血管内治疗常见并发症的处理

Treatment the complication of endo-vessel treatment of cerebrovascular patient

目的探讨血管内治疗过程中/后并发症的发生原因、处理方法。方法应用血管内治疗技术,对85例脑血管疾病进行治疗时/后,出现的并发症处理综合分析。结果12例有并发症的患者,9例完全康复,轻残1例,死亡2例。结论选择合适的手术治疗时机;熟练掌握基本技能、导管技术和术中/后的应急处理方案,是避免或减少并发症和危害的关键。

Objective To discuss the cause and treatment of the complication in/after endo-vessel treatment process. Methods Analysis the complication of 85 cerebrovascular patients in/after the treatment by endo-vessel technology. Resuits 12 cases have complications. 9 cases recovered. 1 case have mild deformity,2 cases died. Conclusion The key point to avoid and decrease the complication is good operation time ,proficient in basic skill, catheter skill and in/after lash-up scheme.
