摘要
研究了纳米A l2O3粉添加对粗晶氧化铝陶瓷烧结行为,如体积密度、吸水率、气孔率、线收缩率的影响。结果表明:纳米A l2O3粉加入可以提高氧化铝陶瓷烧结活性,降低烧结温度,线收缩率随烧结温度提高和纳米A l2O3粉含量增加呈上升趋势。当纳米A l2O3粉加入量达到40%时,氧化铝陶瓷可以在1 550℃以下烧结致密。
The effects are investigated of nano-Al2O3 powder additive on sintering behaviors of alumina ceramics, such as volume density, water-absorbing rate, porosity, linear shrinkage. The results show that sintering characteristic of Al2O3 ceramics may be improved and its sintering temperature decreased by using nano-Al2O3 powder as an additive, linear shrinkage rate increases with the sintering temperature and content of nano-Al2O3 powder rising up. When the content of nano-Al2O3 powder is 40%, dense Al2O3 ceramics will be sintered below 1 550℃.
