摘要
为了减少燃烧化石能源产生大量温室气体CO2,采用超重场强化氨水常压吸收燃煤锅炉烟道气中低浓度CO2并生成碳酸氢铵晶体,可以变废为宝,有一定的环保意义和经济效益。实验研究证明,超重场强化作用比传统鼓泡吸收方法更有利于CO2的吸收反应,在超重强化作用下CO2入口浓度(体积分数)越低达到相同的CO2脱除率需要时间越长,并且CO2的吸收率随时间延续降低。提高氨水质量分数有利于CO2脱除,但氨的溢出量随氨水质量分数的增加而增大,氨水质量分数在10%左右较为有利。
CO2 produced by combustion of fossil energy is greenhouse gas. The way of absorbing CO2 from flue gas by aqueous ammonia under HIGEE at normal atmosphere and getting crystal of ammonium bicarbonate was studied in this paper. The method is not only scrubbing CO2 greenhouse gas, but also getting fertilizer of NH4HCO3, helpful to protect environment and bring the economical profit. The experimental research shows that the reaction of absorbing COz in overweight environment is more beneficial than traditional bubbling-up way. In overweight environment, the less inlet concentration of CO2, the longer time is necessary to reach the same removal efficiency of CO2. The removal efficiency of CO2 will reduce with the time going. From economical view, it is better when inlet concentration of CO2 is above 10%. With raised concentration of aqueous ammonia, it is easy to remove CO2, and the spill of NH3 will be increased.
