摘要
以炮口三维非定常冲击波流场的计算结果为结构的动态载荷,针对车身结构的一种极限射角状态,用有限单元法分析了结构的模态,用直接积分法分析了结构动态响应,得到了结构的应力、变形以及冲击破坏情况.计算结果与实验数据相吻合,结果显示车身结构整体设计合理,局部应给予加强,这些为结构的进一步改进提供了理论依据.
Taking the calculation results of muzzle blast waves under the condition of three dimensional non-stationary as the structural transient load, the structural mode was analyzed according to the extreme firing angle of truck structure. The direct integral method was adopted in solving structural transient response. Experimental results were given and they were approximate to those of numerical evaluation. The results show that the integral design for the truck using the model proposed is feasible and local of the truck should be strengthened. Some useful conclusions are gained for the improvement of this structure.
