摘要 以艾蒿油为芯材,壳聚糖和阴离子型乳化剂为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备壳聚糖-艾蒿微胶囊抗菌剂,探讨了微胶囊合成的主要影响因素:芯壁比、pH值、系统浓度和交联剂用量;拟定单因素试验,优化出了最佳合成工艺条件:系统浓度1%~1.5%,芯壁比为2:1,pH值为6.0,复凝聚反应温度为40℃,交联剂用量为壳聚糖的2%,交联时间为60~90min,得到的壳聚糖微胶囊的外观规整圆滑,平均粒径2~4μm,分布较集中,而且分散均匀。 The Chitosan-Artemisiaargyllem microcapsule antibacterial reagent was prepared by complex coacervation, with artemisiaargyllem as core material, chitosan and anion-emulsification reagent as shell material. The main factors affecting the form of microcapsule, including ratio of shell/core materials, pH value, system concentrations and dosage of cross linking reagent, were investigated. Finally, the optimum process for the reaction was obtained through the single factor experiment as: system concentrations of 1.0% to 1.5%, ratio of shell/core materials of 2: 1, pH value 6.0, complex coacervation temperature 40℃, dosage of cross linking reagent 2.0% of chitosan, and cross linking time 60 to 90 min. Microcapsulations prepared in this condition have regular and round appearance with average particle size about 2 to 4μm, narrow size distribution and uniform dispersal,
