摘要
上升时间、带宽及其转换系数是各类示波器的重要技术参数.通过从线性网络理论出发,归纳、总结并充实了上升时间与带宽的转换系数的确定方法,揭示了转换系数改变的机理.对宽带取样示波器的上升时间与带宽的转换系数进行了重点研究.结果表明,转换系数与该产品的信道模块型号、产品序号、带宽模式,以及通道设置等几个因素有关.对于Angilent 86100系列宽带取样示波器,其转换系数大致分布在0.35~0.47范围内.
The risetime, bandwidth and their relative conversion factors are important qualification of all types of oscilloscopes. By applying the theory of linear network to studying the oscilloscopes, the methods ascertaining the conversion factors are generalized, summarized and enriched, and the changing principle of the conversion factor is revealed. The conversion factor between the risetime and bandwidth for broadband sampling oscilloscope are studied. The conclusion shows that the conversion factor of a real product is related to several factors which are the module type of signal channel, the serial number of production, the mode of bandwidth and the setting of channel, etc. For the broadband sampling oscilloscope of Angilent 86100 series, the conversion factors distribute approximately among the range of 0.35 - 0.47.
