分析民族关系与社会稳定之间的相互关系,阐述正确处理二者相互关系的方法措施。提出,民族关系与社会稳定之间存在相互促进、相互制约的密切关系;正确处理好二者之间的相互关系,就必须建立民族关系与社会稳定促进机制,促使民族关系与社会稳定相互促进,预防和遏制民族关系与社会稳定相互制约。

This paper analyzes the interrelation between national relations and social stability, expounds its measures to handle the relationship and puts forward the close interrelation between them. To handle well their mutual relation, people should establish promoting mechanism to improve them and avoid mutual restraint.
