摘要
研究了化学复合镀(NiP)CeO2工艺中CeO2对沉积速率、镀层硬度以及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:通过制定合理的镀复工艺和控制镀液中稀土CeO2微粒的添加量,能明显提高沉积速率、镀层的硬度和耐磨性。综合考虑,当稀土CeO2的添加量15~20gL时,镀层综合性能最好。
The effects of rare earth CeO2 on the deposition rate, hardness and wear resistance of electreless (Ni-P)-CeO2 composite coating are investigated . The results show that the deposition rate, hardness and wear resistance of the coating can be obviously improved by reasonable control of the plating process and the addition of CeO2 particles. Comprehensively, the coating has the best combination properties when the addition of CeO2 is 15 -20 g/L.
