摘要
用简易荧光计研究了在磷酸介质中铬(Ⅵ)碘化钾罗丹明B体系的共振散射光谱,考查了它们的光谱特征、影响因素和适宜的反应条件;确定了散射光强度与溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)浓度的关系,提出了共振光散射法测定Cr(Ⅵ)的方法,该法操作方便,具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性;线性范围为30~80μgL,检出限2.44μgL;用于电镀废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的测定,结果满意。
The spectrum of Cr( Ⅵ )-KI-Rhodamine B system in phosphoric acid medium and its characteristics as well as the affecting factors and the optimal reaction conditions are investigated by fluorophotometer. The relationship between the intensity of resonance light-scattering and the concentration of chromium( Ⅵ ) in the solution is established, On this basis,a method for determining Cr( Ⅵ ) by resonance light scattering is proposcd,which can be operated with high sensitivity and good selectivity ,The detection limit and the linear range for Cr( Ⅵ ) are 2.44μg/L and 30 - 80 μg/L respectively, The method can be used for determining Cr( Ⅵ ) in electroplating wastewater with satisfactory results.
