摘要
讨论了基于ITIL设计的企业IT资源管理系统。该系统的理论依据是最佳实践框架ITIL,使企业可高效地使用技术和现有设备,从而让既有的信息化资源发挥更大的效能。
The business＇s IT resource service system based on ITIL is discussed. The theoretical basic of this system is the best IT Service Management named ITIL, which can develop the existed IT resource to the fullest extent and control the IT equipment effectively.
