摘要
提出了现代系统论观点对于区域科技资源使用的指导作用;并分别从整体性原理、反馈性原理、有序性原理等角度,对于区域科技资源使用展开了系统、全面的分析。
The conductive use of modem system theory to area scientific and technological resources is pointed out. The use of area scientific and technological resources form the aspect of wholeness principle, feedback principle and order principle is analyzed systematically and wholly.
