摘要
论述了CALS内涵的演变及其主要特点,介绍了CALS在国家信息化建设中的作用和影响。指出应该刻不容缓地启动CALS工程,不断把我国信息化提高到新水平。
The paper discusses the evolution of the CALS and its main characteristics, and introduces the functions and the influences of CALS in the national infonnationization. It is considered that it is very urgent for China to set off CALS to keep arriaving at new level of Chinese national informationization.
