用国际和历史的眼光审视我国政府信息公开进程

政府信息公开是人类民主文明的必由之路,20世纪后半叶继美国之后世界各国纷纷制定了信息公开法案,由于信息公开是对传统政治权力的挑战,各国都经历了较为曲折的历程,我国封建社会愚民政策影响根深蒂固,信息公开立法也会面临一系列障碍,但政治民主化是建设社会主义法治国家的必然需求。

Government information publicity is the only way for democracy. In the latter half of 20 century, many countries adopted FOIA following U.S. Since information publicity is a challenge to traditional governmental power, every country has passed a hard eottrse. China has a long history of feudalism obscurant, government information publicity is full of difficulties, but democracy is necessity for a socialism nomocracy.
