摘要
国家教育部“本科教学工作水平评估”对大学图书馆产生了巨大影响。结合某院校的情况并参阅有关文献后做分析:肯定积极影响的主导作用,并辨析局部偏倚现象的原因。认为应全面理解评估的意义;理清思路,洞悉可能出现的偏差;坚持“以评促建”的方针,促使专业院校图书馆健康发展。
The Evaluation for Undergraduate Course Teaching. organized by the Ministry of Education, has made a significant impact on university hbraries. This paper will analyze the situation in one university after conferring to relevant documents. It will affirm the leading effect of the positive influence and differentiate the causes of the partial deflection phenomenon. Therefore, the significance of the evaluation should be fully understood. The train of thought should be cleared up, and possible deflection should be discerned. Under the guidance of "Promote Construction by Means of Evaluation", a healthy development of the libraries in specialized universities will be accelerated.
