摘要
采用RAPD分子标记技术,分析了大连地区渤海沿海6个菲律宾蛤仔种群的遗传多样性及其分布。12个随机引物共扩增出104个位点,其中92个为多态位点。研究结果表明:大连渤海沿海的菲律宾蛤仔种群具有较高的遗传多样性,种群之间存在着一定数量的遗传变异。
With RAPD method, the paper studied genetic diversity and distribution on six natural population of Ruditapes philippinarum at the coast of Bohai sea in Dalian. Through the amplification of RAPD with 12 random primers, 104 repeatable loci were detected and 92 were polymorphic. The result indicates there were higher genetic diversity and some genetic differentiation in natural population ofRuditapes philippinarum at this area. The reasons of genetic structure formation were discussed.
