摘要
目的研究一种全程控智能化的穿梭箱双向主动回避反应实验系统,应用于大鼠学习记忆功能的研究。方法该系统由硬件和系统软件构成,以Windows XP操作系统为研发平台,利用VisualC++为系统开发工具。结果本系统实现了声、光、电不同条件刺激,可根据需要设置实验参数,实验数据自动采集、分析、储存,实现了穿梭箱主动回避反应行为训练的程控化、智能化。结论本系统自动化程度高,操作简便,数据处理科学、准确。
Objective To develop a computer-controlled active avoidance shuttlcbox system in the research on learning and memory of the rat. Methods This system is composed of hardware and software. Windows XP system was used as developing platform, and Visual C++ was applied for system development. Results This system can produce phonic, optical and electrical conditioned stimulation, set parameter for the experiment, and automatically collect, analyze and store experiment data. Conclusion This system can be easily operated with high automatically, and data processing is scientific and accurate.
