前语言阶段语言发育进程的研究

Study on prespeech communication in Shanghai children

目的 通过对上海市婴幼儿前语言阶段语言能力的研究，明确汉语儿童前语言阶段语言能力的发育进程。方法 采用现场询问家长和测试儿童相结合的方式，应用上海地区标准化《婴幼儿语言发育进程量表》，对4233名0～16个月儿童的前语言能力从3个维度进行检查。结果 调查对象的前语言发音能力、前语言感知能力和前语言交际能力得分随月龄增长而增加，三者相关性良好。结论 上海婴幼儿的前语言阶段是0～12．3个月，其中简单发音阶段是0～5．3个月，牙牙学语阶段是5．3～12．3个月。该量表可评估前语言阶段的语言发育水平，并可对早期表达和理解水平不均衡发展儿童的干预提供依据。

Objective To study early language development in prespeech stage in detail in urban Shanghai. Methods Using Early Language Milestone Scale （Shanghai version ）, 4233 children （0-16 month） were screened in expressive, receptive and visual levels, Results There were more than 50% infants passed the first 13 items at age 0-5.3 months ,and there are more than 50% infants passed the last 13 items at age 5, 3- 12.3 months. Conclusion The prespeech stage is 0- 12.3 months. It can be derided into two periods ： cooing（0- 5.3 months） and babbling （ 5.3 - 12. 3 months）. Early Language Milestone Scale（Shanghai version ） may be used to evaluate language level in prespeech stage.
