摘要
[目的]以心率变异性(HRV)为观察指标,评价高压静电场对轻中度高血压患者自主神经功能和血压的影响。[方法]高血压患者30例采取自身对照方式,在高压静电场治疗(1次/d,4周)前后测血压及24 h 动态心电图检查,分析心率功率谱时域和频域指标。[结果]高压静电场使HRV频域指标TF,LF和LF/HF明显降低,HF明显增高,动脉血压明显降低。[结论]高压静电场治疗能够降低交感神经活性,提高迷走神经张力,并进而降低血压。
[Objective] Using heart rate variability to analyse the high-potential on autonomic nerve and blood pressure in 30 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension. [Methods] 24 hours ambulatory ECG was used for detecting of HRV. [Results] High-potential treatment once daily for 4 weeks markedly reduced blood pressure as well as total frequency (TF). low frequency (LF) and low/high frequency ratio. High frequency (HF) was increased. [Conclusion] High-potential therapy can reduce the sympathetic nerve system activity but increase the vagus nerve activity, and thus significantly reduce blood pressure.
