先进性建设是马克思主义政党建设的根本任务和根本性建设。中国共产党在加强党的先进性建设过程中,积累了十分丰富而宝贵的经验。其中基本经验至少有五条:1、在指导思想上,坚持理论创新;2、在立党本质上,坚持为民谋利;3、在队伍建设上,坚持质量标准;4、在干部路线上,坚持任人唯贤;5、在组织纪律上,坚持团结统一。
