青年人既有体力优势、又有智力优势,是人类的希望与宝贵财富。但同时,他们也有着感情脆弱、经验不足、挫折承受能力较低的明显缺陷。因此在实际工作中,要做好青年的思想政治工作,就必须从青年人的特点出发,采取灵活多样的工作方法,走出几个误区,运用科学的方式方法,积极地引导和教育青年健康成长。

The youth with good physical strength and intelligence are hope and precious wealth of human-being, while they have some defects such as frailty, lack of experience and weak bearing capability. So flexible and scientific methods and ways should be adopted to instruct and educate the Youth to grow up healthily in practical work.
