采用国际标准ISO/IEC 17025:1999《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》创建国家认可实验室,能够有效打造名牌实验室,提升企业参与国际市场竞争的能力。运用该标准创建国家认可的实验室,一是要做好前期准备工作,具体包括设计实验室质量管理体系文件框架、人员培训授权、环境设备选择等;二是要制定实施方案,包括设置机构、落实人员、建立体系完善手段、内部审核管理评审等具体工作。通过创建国家认可实验室,提高实验室人员群体素质和硬件优势。
