胫骨平台双髁骨折治疗体会

Experience on Treatment of Fracture of Twin Shinbone Flat Roof

目的：探讨胫骨平台双髁骨折的手术治疗经验。方法：12例胫骨平台骨折类型按schatzker分型均为V型骨折，给予手术切开复位，双钢板内固定。结果：12例中11例随访12～24个月，按日本作者提出的适用于一般膝关节损伤患者的功能评定方法平均88分。结论：胫骨平台双髁骨折采用双钢板内固定是一种可靠的方法。

Objective ：To experience to surgery treatment fracture of twin shinbone flat roof. Methed： 12 exemples of fracture of twin shinbone fiat roof were all divided into V model fractures by Schatzker analyzing ,and given dissection and replacement ,and double steel plate inner fixation . Result： Of the 12 cases ,11 cases were given 88 grades, by following views along with function assessing way to general knee joint trauma by Japanese author. Conclusion ：The treatment of double steel plate inner fixation to fracture of twin shinbone fiat roof was a trusty way.
