本文探讨了如下问题:一、行政机关申请法院采取保全措施的性质;二、人民法院采取保全措施时遇到的问题和困难;三、对法院依行政机关申请采取保全措施的立法思考。
The problems discussed in this article are as follows, first, the nature of applying for court＇ s preservation measures;second, problems and difficulties faced by people＇s court when it takes preservation measuies; third, legislative thinking about it.
