摘要
现有非公有制企业党建工作领导体制的模式,主要有联席会议式、条块式、党工委式等,它们各自具有一定的优势,但也存在一定的局限性。根据当前非公有制企业党建工作的实际和发展的需要,从宏观上提出了新的“一主两辅”的领导体制模式,以切实加强非公有制企业党的建设工作。
There exist advantages and limitations in the leading systems such as joint meeting, section in charge and party work committee in non-state-owned enterprise. According to the present situation and the development of Party construction in non-state-owned enterprises, ＂with one in lead and two in assistance＂ model of leading system has been put forward in order to strengthen the efficiency of Party construction in non-state owned enterprises.
