In this article, writer cleaned out the process of changing from counselor minister to defending kashgar＇s counselor minister and premier Huijiang services counselor minister, drew a conclusion on the basis of clarified the discrepancy between the individual understanding that Premier Huijiang services counselor minister was set up in 1763.
