Immune State of the Patients with OLP

目的分析OLP患者的免疫机能状态,探讨其发病机理,为OLP的临床诊治提供思路。方法对32例OLP患者进行了细胞免疫,体液免疫测定,并对结果进行分析。结果OLP患者的细胞免疫和体液免疫的常规指标存在明显异常。结论OLP患者的细胞免疫和体液免疫的常规指标有助于判断OLP的免疫状态,可作为基层医院临床诊断及选择治疗方案的参考。

Objective To analyze the immune state of the patients with OLP and to discuss its pathogenesis. Methods Celular immunity and humoral immunity of 32 eases with OLP were detected, the results were analyzed. Results There was an obvious abnormity in the routine index of cellular immunity and humoral immunity of the OLP patients. Conclusions The rotttine index of cellular immunity and humoral immunity are helpful in judging the immune state of the OLP patients and can be used as a reference in diagnosis and treatment selection.
