摘要 目的 探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的安全性和疗效.方法 分析经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生36例患者临床资料.结果 术中出血少,无前列腺电切综合征,术后随访3~6个月,最大尿流率(Qmax)由术前(7.5±2.0)ml/s升到术后(14.2±3.1)ml/s,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)由术前(26.5±5.5)分降到(16.3±4.5)分,剩余尿由(130±40)ml减至(15.5±5.5)ml,无尿失禁.结论 经尿道等离子体前列腺切除术具有安全性高、并发症少、疗效好的优点. Objective To assess the safety and efficacy of transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate (TUPKVP). Methods Thirtysix 36patinets ( means age of 72.5 years , range from 64 to 87 ) with symptomatic BPH were treated by TUPKVP. Results All patients were followed to of 3 - 6 month postoperatively. The peak flow rate increased from (7.5 ± 2.0 ) ml/s to ( 14.2 ± 3. l ) ml/s ; The IPSS decreased from (26.5 ± 5.5 ) to ( 16.3 ± 4.5 ), Residual urine volume decreased from ( 130 ± 40 ) ml to ( 15.5 ± 5.5 ) ml. Conclusion It is suggested that TUPKVP is effective ,high safety and less complications.
