宫腔填塞凝血酶纱布条治疗剖宫产术中出血(附42例报告)

The remedy of hemorrhage during caesarean section by uterine packjing with gauzes:analysis of 42 cases.

目的探讨宫腔填塞纱布条治疗剖宫产术中出血的应用价值。方法采用宫腔填塞纱布条治疗剖宫产术中出血42例为研究组,采用宫缩药物等治疗剖宫产术中出血38例为对照组。观察两组在治疗剖宫产术中出血的效果。结果研究组在治疗剖宫产术中出血均获成功,对照组在出血过多时效果差,且有2例因错过最佳处理时机,保守治疗无效而行子宫切除术,二者对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论宫腔填塞纱布条的方法在治疗剖宫产术中出血时效果可靠,方法简单、易行,可广泛应用于临床。

Objective To investigate the application of uterine packing in the remedy of hemorrhage during caesarean section. Methods 42 patients were treated by uterine packing. 38 patients were treated by other ways. Results All patients by uterine packing were rescued successfully. 2 out of 38 no using uterine packing achieved success . Conclusion The remedy of hemorrhage during caesarean section by uterine packing with gauzes is simple and praetieeable method . it has reliable effects and should be popularized.
