吗啡对大鼠伏隔核及内侧隔-斜角带核神经元放电的影响

摘要 目的研究侧脑室注入盐酸吗啡对伏隔核及内侧隔-斜角带核神经元放电的影响。方法采用细胞外记录神经元放电,分别记录侧脑室注入生理盐水及吗啡伏隔核及内侧隔-斜角带核神经元放电并进行比较。结果侧脑室注入盐酸吗啡后可使大鼠伏隔核及内侧隔-斜角带核痛兴奋神经元(PEN)电活动增加,使痛抑制神经元(PIN)电活动减少。结论侧脑室注入盐酸吗啡可使大鼠伏隔核及内侧隔-斜角带核神经元放电明显改变。 Objective To investigate the effect of morphia injected side -ventricle on neuron discharge in nucleus accummbens and medial septal diagonal band complex. Methods Registered the neuron discharge by extracellular . Respectively compared the discharge in Nacc neuron and medial septal diagonal band complex between the morphia group and control group injected by NS. Results After injected morphia into sideventricle, the frequence of PEN( pain - excitatory neurons) discharge in normal neuron accummbens ( Nacc ) and medial septal diagonal band complex increased ,while the firing of PIN ( pain - inhibitory neurons) decreased, Conclusion This experiment suggested that morphia injected side - ventricl can conduce to the obvious change of firing activity in Nacc and medial septal diagonal band complex .
