三种胆囊切除方法的效果分析

The comparation of the results of three kinds of cholecystectomy.

目的探讨三种胆囊切除手术方式的临床效果。方法对120例单纯胆囊结石患者,分别统计手术时间、术后通气时间、疼痛缓解时间、住院时间、并发症发生率,分为常规胆囊切除术(CC)、小切口胆囊切除术(MC)、腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)三组进行比较。结果LC较MC、CC术后舒适性及恢复要好,总并发症发生率低。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术对人体的局部和全身创伤比MC、CC要明显减少。

Objective To compare the clinical results of three kinds of cholecystectomy. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with simple gallbladder lithiasis were enrolled into the study. Surgical operation time, assisted ventilation time after operation, pain relief time, hospitalization days and morbidity were compared according to the procedures used： regular cholccystcctomy （CC）, small incision cholccystectomy （MC） or laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）. Results During the postoperative period, LC group patients recovered better and suffered less as compared with MC and CC group patients. The overall complication incidence was also lower in LC group patients than in the other two groups. Conclusion The local and systemic physical trauma caused by LC is significantly less than that of MC and CC.
