邯郸市利用世界银行贷款实施结核病控制项目8年效果分析

Evaluation of the effect of tuberculosis control project supported by World Bank loan in Handan city.

目的 评价邯郸市实施世界银行贷款结核控制项目8年成效。方法 收集分析1993～2000年项目季报表及相关资料。结果 8年共接诊肺结核可疑者20132例，发现痰菌涂片阳性肺结核12396例，初治涂片阳性病例治疗覆盖率均为100％，完成规则治疗率为97．2％。结论 只要执行正确的技术策略，结核病控制工作可获得圆满成功。

Objective To evaluate the effect of tuberculosis control project supported by world hank loan in Handan city. Methods We collected and analyzed the quarterly reports and related information from 1993 to 2000, Results In the past 8 years, 12396 pulmonary tuberculosis patients were diagnosed among 20132 suspected cases, the treatment coverage rate of new smear positive cases was 100% , the completiom rate of regular treatment was 97.2% , Ihe negative conversion rates of tubercle bacillus on sputum smear was 95.7% at the end of 2 months of treatment , the cure rate was 98.2%. Conclusion If correct technical strategy is implemented, the result of tuberculosis control is safisfactory.
