白内障患者术后院内感染的调查及预防对策 被引量:7

An investigation concerning prevention of nosocomial infection after cataract operation.

摘要 目的了解白内障术后患者院内感染情况,探讨预防对策。方法对我院白内障术后患者及周围环境进行流行病学调查,采集细菌培养样本452份。结果452份样本中,细菌符合规定指标样本428份,合格率为94.69%;患者术后铜绿假单胞菌均能检出。结论警惕白内障术后患者铜绿假单胞菌院内感染,工作人员手、公共医疗用品的消毒不容忽视。 Objective To investigate postcataract nosocomial infection situation and its countermeasure. Methods Epidemiological investigation of postcataract patients and their surroundings in one hospital was conducted. 452 samples of bacterium culture were collected. Results Of 452 samples, there were 428 eligibal samples (94.69%,), Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated in all patients after cataract surgery. Conclusion Special attention should be paid to guard against nosocomial infection of pseudomonas aeruginosa in cataract patients after surgery, Sterilization of healthcare professionals' hands and medical devices should not be ignored.
