摘要
目的探讨阑尾炎性肿块的治疗方法。方法回顾分析我院阑尾炎性肿块19例的临床资料。结果14例经非手术治疗治愈,2例急诊手术切除,3例行阑尾脓肿切开引流术。结论大部分阑尾炎性肿块宜保守治疗后延期行阑尾切除或再发时行阑尾切除,形成阑尾脓肿且有破溃倾向时应行手术引流或穿刺导流。
Objective To investigate the appropriate of appendiceal mass and the treatment. Methods The data of 19cases with appendiceal mass was analyzed retrospectively. Results 14cases recovered with the conservative treatment. 2 cases underwent appendectomy. 3 cases underwent operative drainage. Conclusion Conservative therapy is adapted to the treatment of appendiceal mass in many cases, interval appendectomy for recurrent appendicitis after initial conservative treatment is advisable. Operative drainage or percutaneous drainage should be taken befroe abscesses rupture,
