摘要
详细分析了高压电网子站端故障线路实时或准实时诊断的必要性。提出利用小波技术和单端故障录波数据确定故障线路的新思想:通过四阶中心B样条半正交二进小波分解子站故障电流数据,准确提取故障时刻,以及对故障后一周波暂态数据进行归约计算,结合录波数据中的保护接点变位信息,精确确定故障线路。大量仿真验证了算法的有效性。
This paper discusses the task of diagnosing the line faults in high voltage substation in detail, which is imperative and the decision made almost in real-time. A new method of using wavelet analysis is proposed to select the fault line with Fault Recorder Data in one side substation. Fault CUtTent data in substation decomposed by the four-rank center B-spline semi-orthonormal dyadic wavelet, and the fault time detected accurately. Then the statistic data in 20 ms after fault time is analyzed and classified into discrete states, the fault line is selected exactly by combining with the action information of protections. The validity of the method is verified by simulation examples.
