摘要
三代领导集体勤政廉政的激励机制可分解为拉动机制、推动机制和自动机制。拉动机制和推动机制是外因,自动机制是内因,二者相辅相成、相互作用,共同形成强大的激励效应。三代领导集体在对国家公职人员激励的实践中,虽然内容与方式方法上存在异同,但对新一代领导集体的勤政廉政建设却能提供借鉴。
