摘要
介绍了一个容型设备在线诊断系统的开发与应用情况。首先说明该系统的技术原理,采用三相电流和法计算获得介损和电容量。随后讨论了系统在现场安装和系统集成中遇到的主要问题或困难,提出了具体的解决方案。最后通过相关设备离、在线数据的对比分析,指出该系统在单相式设备诊断上存在盲点,应加强对电容量、介损等变化率的分析以更好掌握设备绝缘状态。应用表明,该系统维护方便、运行稳定,改进后会在容性设备状态诊断中具有良好的前景。
This article introduces the development and the application of an information system that is used in the On-line monitoring diagnosis for the capacitive equipment. First of all, the paper explains the postulate of the system, it adopts the means of current sum of three-phase to figure out capacitance and tanδ The actual problems or difficulties about installation are discussed, and then the solution is put forward. Aimed at the on-line fault diagnosis system for the capacitive equipment that has been developed, the basal structure about software and hardware is analyzed. The hardware is made up of sensor, forward computer and background computer; The software holds to idea of integration, and has strongly opening characteristic. The flow chart includes eight parts. Finally, the authors compare the On-line data of the system with Off-line data, point out the shortcoming when the system is used for a single-phase equipment. In order to hold the insulation state of the equipment, the rate-of-change of capacitance and tanδ should be analyzed together. It indicates that the system maintenance is easy and operation is stable. In electric power system, the development and the application of an information system that is used in the On-line monitoring diagnosis must give attention to practicability or flexibility, and then it should be improved and perfected. The system has a promising applicable future in the On-line Fault Diagnosis for the capacitive equipment.
