具有碳纤维复合材料电极的场畸变开关研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了电极用碳纤维—金属基复合材料制成的新型场畸变开关。用有限元计算软件ANSYS优化开关电极结构。探索了新电极材料的制备方法,即采用金属基体与碳纤维的真空液相复合技术和挤压锻造工艺来制备该复合材料。新型开关结构简单、体积小,用其替代TomaChan装置的多通道沿面放电间隙开关的实验结果表明:在TomaChan装置上把电极间距调到14 mm,内充1个气压SF6,电流达到峰值时的火花电感与电阻分别约为20 nH、0.1Ω。新开关不仅使二极管的电压电流脉宽变宽,而且使装置运行更稳定,大大降低了实验噪声。 In this paper, a novel field distortion switch with carbon fiber/metal matrix composites electrodes is designed to replace the surface flashover discharging switch in TomaChan. TomaChan is an inductive energy storage pulsed power device. The surface flashover discharging switch is used as the trigger switch on the TomaChan experimental device. The flashover discharging between two electrodes takes place in the air. As a result, the switch is not only sensitive to the external environment, but also is nonsteady with a lot of noise. Therefore, a field distortion switch is designed to replace the surface flashover discharging switch in TomaChan. The electrodes structure is opti- mized by the finite element method simulation program ANSYS. In addition, we research a novel method used to make the electrodes. After the improvement, the novel switch with carbon fiber/metal matrix composites electrodes becomes more compact than the surface flashover discharging switch. During the experiment, when the current reaches the peak value, the spark inductance and resistance are 20nH,0. 1Ω with the gap between electrodes is 14mm, and the air pressure is latin. The experimental results show that the novel switch not only has the similar parameters but also runs stably with very good performances.
