摘要 利用Gleeble 1500热/力学模拟实验机,对40CrNiMo钢进行双道次热模拟单向压缩试验。变形温度分别为710℃、760℃、950℃,变形速率为0.5~30s^-1,变形量为0.05~0.4,道次间停留时间为1~100s。分析了钢热变形组织特征,结果表明钢在950℃温度变形过程中发生奥氏体动态再结晶,在760℃温度变形过程中,应变奥氏体诱发铁素体析出,而在710℃温度变形过程中,应变奥氏体加速了铁素体析出。 In this paper, the Gleeble-1500 heat/mechanics moulding experimental was used to make doublepass hot compressive test for the 40CrNiMo steel, the grain character of 40CrNiMo steel's hot deformed austenite at the temperature rang of 710 ℃~950 ℃ ,in a strain rate rang of 0.5~30 s^-1 and a strain rang of 0.05~0.4 was analyzed. Results indicate that austenite dynamic recrystallization took place above the temperature of 950 ℃, strain induced ferrite transformation was investigated in the temperature of 760 ℃ and strain enhanced ferrite transformation was investigated in the temperature of 710 ℃.
