我国农村金融组织体系的治理与新农村建设

Administration of Rural Financial Organizing System in China and New Countryside Construction

在社会主义新农村建设中,如何真正建立能够有力支持农村经济发展的农村金融组织体系,是我国农村金融体制改革中必须解决但又一直未能解决的关键问题之一,也是目前农村金融改革的难点所在。从分析国内农村金融组织体系的研究现状和发展趋势以及农村金融组织体系的缺陷出发,提出了我国农村金融组织体系缺陷治理的政策建议。

With new economic development level, the problem that how to really set up a rural financial organizing system to strongly support the development of rural economy effectively is one of the key problems needed to be solved in the reform of rural financial system, though it remains unsolved. It is also the difficult point for rural financial reform at present. This paper, first gives a thorough research on current situation and development trend of the rural financial organizing system in China, then systematically analyzes the defects of our country＇s rural financial organizing system ; Finally some policy recommendations of our country＇s rural financial organizing system is proposed.
